At QAccounting we make accounting simple, with our exclusive mobile app you can submit your expenses straight from your phone – no spreadsheets in sight. Simply take photos of your receipts or complete a mileage claim, click submit, and we will take care of the rest.
You can also access your customer portal including viewing your business snapshot via the app.

We have overhauled the app and brought it more up to date. The look and feel and operation of the app should be familiar to all, however this should now be considerably faster and more responsive throughout.
It is now possible to raise expenses in various currencies, and add, remove and preview receipts that have been added. We've added in swipe options for both expenses and mileage which will allow copying and deleting of both.
The In Progress tab will show all currently pending claims that have yet to be sent for processing, while the Submitted tab shows all claims for the current business year. The Profile tab shows the basic details for your company and provides links to the Contractor Portal and the main QAccounting website should you need any further information.
